Marshlands

Marshlands is a contrast therapy bathhouse and social members' club opening in DUMBO, Brooklyn, in 2027. You sequence heat and cold at your own pace, with no clock and no class to catch, then linger in the Drawing Room. It is a place built for connection and reflection.

Nothing is charged today. We save your card to hold your founding spot and your founding rate. Your card is only charged when we break ground, and your deposit stays fully refundable until we open.

Contrast therapy means moving between heat and cold, usually a sauna and a cold plunge. People use it to recover and to settle the nervous system.

Members get unlimited access to the sauna, cold plunge, and the Drawing Room, our social space. Beyond contrast, we offer an à la carte recovery menu including IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen, and red light therapy.

Founding members are the first people through the door, and they shape much of what Marshlands becomes. Founding membership includes a founding member rate locked for life, invitations to founding member events, and additional complimentary guest passes.

Founding members lock in a rate of $3,600 per year, held for life. Standard membership pricing will be shared closer to opening.

Marshlands is built by two Brooklyn locals who believed the city was missing something essential: a place to recover together. When they could not find it, they decided to build it themselves.
